Witchly sells personalized, AI-generated novelty videos for entertainment and amusement only. Our “spells” are fictional creative content. We make no claim that any video produces real-world effects, and nothing we deliver is, or should be treated as, magical, medical, financial, legal, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and understand the product is a novelty.
What you’re buying
You select a themed “spell,” optionally add custom details, and pay a one-time price. We then generate a short (~20-second) AI-animated video tailored to your request. Each video is a unique digital good created on demand.
Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and charged in full at the time of order through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize that one-time charge when you place your order. We do not store your full card details.
Delivery
Your video is generated automatically, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment. We deliver it by email and via a private link on this site. Generation occasionally takes longer; if something fails on our end, we will retry or refund the order.
Refunds & cancellations
Because every video is custom-made and delivered digitally within minutes, all sales are final once your video has been generated and delivered. If you were charged but never received a video, or the video failed to generate due to an error on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will re-generate it or issue a full refund. We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the creative content of a successfully delivered novelty video.
Your content & acceptable use
You are responsible for the custom details you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or that targets a real person without their consent. We may decline or cancel any order that violates these terms.
Your video & ownership
For your order, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to view, download, and share the video you receive. The underlying characters, voices, branding, and site remain the property of Witchly and our technology providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the “last updated” date above, applies to orders placed after that date.
